We need Vegas Watch to calculate the odds of that bullshit happening. Both picks winning by 3 runs going into the 8th, then our teams both give up 5 runs in the bottom of that inning to lose the game. What are the odds?
Maybe we should just be a tennis blog.....

Fangraphs had the Rangers' win probability as high as 93.5%, and the Phillies up to 92.7%. So, at those two points the chances of losing both are about 1 in 210.
Of course, that is not considering how awful Texas' run prevention is, or how good Chicago's lineup is. In reality it was probably something closer to 1 in 60.
I knew we could count on you for the math. God knows I couldn't figure it out.
