Saturday Afternoon MLB

An off day yesterday, but that's going to happen when you play as many underdogs as we do. Got a late start this morning, and haven't heard from Grover, so it's all me today. All lines from Matchbook (great place for baseball lines, obviously):

Bluejays -107, 1.07 to win 1 unit

Danks has been pitching over his head so far this season, and hasn't faced many powerful lineups (or any). A glance at BABIP shows he's been getting a little lucky so far this year. I like Toronto and Litsch at home vs. a lefty pitcher as the slight favorite.

Mets +163, 1 to win 1.63 units

Yes, we're going against the 6-0 Webb today. He's a great pitcher, no doubt about it, but this line is a little too high. Webb is not going undefeated this season, folks. Heck, the D-Backs lost 13 games that he started last year, so you've just got to find the right spots to go against him. The Mets hitters have hit well against Webb, and he is 1-4 vs. the Mets over the last 3 seasons. Oh, and I'll let you in on a little secret about the D-Backs that gets lost in all the talk about their great start - the D-Backs can't hit. You heard me, they suck ass (and not in the good way). Webb gets his first loss this afternoon.

Royals +204, 0.5 to win 1.02 units

Not an afternoon game, but this is the same play that was rained out yesterday, so I figured I would go ahead and post it. If it was worth a play yesterday, it still is today.
